This building I designed consists of five residential apartments (two garden apartments, two standard apartments and one penthouse apartments).

The total built area is of  1200 Sq\m on a plot of 750 Sq\m.

The clients are Shimon Katz and Nancy Spielberg from New York, USA.

This new structure, which was built on a vacant plot is located in the historical German Colony in Jerusalem.

It is the character of the neighborhood and it's buildings which led me to create a stone building with traditional elements;  stone details, front openings, and the overall proportions of the building- created a modern structure that corresponds with it's surrounding, belongs to it - yet maintains a unique distinction.

The work included designing and building of the exterior and interior of the structure, creating a building permit, work plans, selection of finishing materials, preparation of tender materials, and support and implementation of the project from draft to completion.
