My name is Tsofit Winefield Fleishman.  Architecture is my passion and profession.

Since 2004 I have been managing my own architecture studio in Jerusalem.  During this time I had the opportunity to design a variety of houses, businesses and apartments.  Prior to opening my own studio I worked with some of the leading architects in Jerusalem, designing apartments,  houses, residential and civil buildings.  I graduated from the Bezalel Art and Design Academy Architecture School in Jerusalem in 1998 (B.Arch).

My approach to the projects I design is thorough and client-centric.  That means a good amount of time is spent working with my clients ensuring the end result fits their expectations.  A typical project process will have the following format:

 

• Discuss and finalize the overall project requirements

• Based on the project requirements prepare various options in the format of sketches and models

• Create a work plan (typically a number of versions are required)

• Select finishing materials

• Interview and select the various professionals for the actual construction

• Accompanying the project and ensuring the plans defined with the client are executed accordingly and at the right finishing level
