הסגנון שנבחר הינו מודרני ונקי. נבחרה חומריות וצבעוניות מצומצמת שמופיעה באלמטים שונים בפרוייקט, כמו: עץ אלון טיבעי, שמופיע ברצפה ובנגרות, גוונים אפורים במטבח, במדרגות ובאלמנטים נבחרים בפרויקט.
מדרגות ברזל עשויות פלטות ברזל במראה אוריגמי מינימלי, מקשרות בין המפלסים ויוצרות אלמנט עיצובי מרכזי בפרויקט, הנותן תחושה קלילה ועכשוית 

A Modern Style Penthouse

This is a complete and total renovation of a roof apartment overlooking an open landscape.
The style chosen is modern and clean. A limited amount of material and color was selected that appears in various elements of the project, such as: natural oak, which appears on the floor and carpentry, gray shades in the kitchen, stairs and selected elements of the project.
Iron stairs are made of iron plates with a minimal origami appearance, link the levels and create a central design element in the project, which gives a light and contemporary feel
