מדובר בדירת גן, הממוקמת ברחוב שקט בשכונה ירושלמית ותיקה.

הדירה עברה שיפוץ כולל , והתכנון החדש פתח את הדירה לגן אחורי קיים, שהפך לנכס עבורה.

מבטים רבים בה מביטים אליו, ונוצרת תחושה כפרית שקטה ונעימה, שמטשטשת את מיקומה ברחוב בעיר.

עבודתי כללה ליווי מלא של הפרויקט, משלב התכנון הראשוני, דרך יצירת סט תכניות עבודה, בחירת חומרי גמר, ליווי צמוד לפרויקט בזמן הביצוע ואף בחירת רהיטים לרחבי הבית.

The apartment underwent full renovation, and the new plan opened it to the garden, which became a major asset. 

The garden can be viewed from different parts of the apartment and gives it a countryside feeling, even though it’s located in the middle of the city. 

My work included full accompanying of the project, since its early planning stages, through work plans, choosing materials and furniture, and supervising the renovation work.
